Rodney K. Okano

Rodney K. Okano, has extensive experience in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. During his years of legal practice, Mr. Okano has represented more than a thousand clients in Bankruptcy Cases. Mr. Okano is assisted by an experienced staff of professionals dedicated to providing personalized and responsive legal services to all of the people and small-business owners throughout Southern Nevada.

Mr. Okano is admitted to practice law in all Nevada State and Federal Courts. He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, and received his Law Degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Prior to graduating from Law School, Mr. Okano held an externship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.

During Law School Mr. Okano was active in the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and the Hawaiian Club. These student organizations primary missions are to further awareness of Asian American culture and contributions to the greater American community, and to foster Asian American attorneys to preserve and promote justice for all Americans and peoples in the United States, without regard of race, ethnicity or gender.

Mr. Okano graduated from Gardena High School in Gardena, California. Mr. Okano's father was born and raised in California, and served in the United States Navy. Mr. Okano's mother was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and as a young adult moved to California.
